As a quality manager, you ensure that all our products comply with the applicable laws and regulations as well as our own quality requirements. You support and advise the various departments within the company in the field of QC.
· You will investigate the current laws and regulations regarding toys, packaging, food grade and environmental regulations and other relevant laws and keep the necessary parties informed internally.
· You will work together with various internal departments, using your knowledge to jointly develop strategies. Assertiveness is therefore a must here.
· You will be responsible for arranging the required tests in collaboration with external laboratories, in order to guarantee the conformity of products. You maintain the existing database to keep an overview.
· In case of QC issues, you work together with our suppliers and head office on solutions.
· You have at least a bachelor's degree and five years of experience in a relevant field, such as quality management, regulation, compliance, or something similar.
· You are proactive and driven to select and apply the QC part down to the last detail.
· You are assertive and can perform well both autonomously and in a team.
· Dutch, English and French are written and spoken very well. Any other additional language is a plus.
